At Active Design, our customization process begins with your idea – whether a sketch, CAD file, or reference image. Our in-house team creates a detailed 3D model using advanced CAD software, then produces a physical sample via 3D printing or wax carving. After your approval, we make rubber molds and proceed with lost wax casting for metal pieces. Each component is carefully finished, stone-set, and polished. Strict quality control ensures every piece meets your exact specifications – with full confidentiality and low MOQ support.
