1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom jewelry?

Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design. For smaller trial orders or certain materials, we may be able to accommodate lower quantities. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

2. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We specialize in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing). You can provide your own designs, sketches, or CAD files, and we produce finished jewelry. We also offer design assistance if you only have a rough concept.

3. How long does the custom design process take?

Typical timeline:

  • CAD & 3D modeling: 3–5 business days
  • Sample production: 15–20 business days
  • Bulk production: 25–35 business days (depends on quantity and complexity)
    Total estimate: 6–8 weeks from CAD approval to bulk shipment.

4. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We provide physical samples for your approval before mass production. This allows you to inspect quality, fit, and finish.

5. What materials do you work with?

We work with:

  • Precious metals: 14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose), 925 sterling silver, platinum
  • Alternative metals: Brass, gold vermeil (heavy gold layer on sterling silver)
  • Stones: Natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, cubic zirconia, semi-precious gems
  • Plating & finishes: Rhodium, gold, rose gold, matte, polished, textured, sandblasted

6. Do you sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)?

Yes. We take intellectual property protection very seriously. We are happy to sign a standard NDA before any design work or sample production begins. Your design files, sketches, and ideas will never be shared or reused without your permission.

7. What is your lead time for bulk orders?

Lead time depends on the complexity and quantity. Typical bulk production takes 25–35 days after sample approval. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss expedited options.

8. Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes. We provide custom branded packaging, including velvet pouches, paper boxes, cards, and logo printing. Minimum order for custom packaging may vary. Let us know your requirements.

9. What are your payment terms?

Standard terms: 30%-50% deposit via T/T (bank transfer) , with 70%-50% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we may offer flexible terms. Payment methods accepted: T/T, Payoneer.

10. Do you ship internationally? What about shipping costs?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Brinks,Malca-Amit,DHL, FedEx, UPS, and air freight. Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, and destination. We can arrange door-to-door delivery. Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days for express, longer for freight.

11. Can I engrave my logo or brand name on the jewelry?

Yes. We offer custom engraving (laser or hand) for logos, brand names, serial numbers, or personalized messages. Engraving is available on many of our products – please specify your requirements.

12. How do I request a quote?
